Ember by Azure - Construction Update June 2025

Welcome to the June construction update for Ember by Azure in Augustine Heights. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Works are progressing well on site, with earthworks now 95% complete and tracking toward full completion in the coming weeks. Installation of concrete sleeper retaining walls is advancing steadily, with approximately 75% now in place.

Meanwhile, block retaining wall footings and walls are nearing completion, sitting at 95% progress. Civil plumbing has also commenced, with early works now 20% complete.

Looking ahead, the connection to external existing services is scheduled to take place throughout July.
