Ember by Azure - Construction Update July 2025

Welcome to the July construction update for Ember by Azure in Augustine Heights. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Significant progress has been made on site as early civil and ground works near completion. Earthworks are now 98% complete, marking a key milestone in establishing the foundations for the community.

Concrete sleeper retaining walls have been fully installed, while block retaining wall construction is also nearing finalisation at 98% completion. Civil services, including plumbing and stormwater infrastructure are advancing steadily and now sit at 70% complete. Roadworks have commenced, with 10% of the program underway.

Notably, connections to the street’s water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure are now complete. These are essential steps as we prepare for the next stage of construction.

Looking ahead, upcoming works will include under-slab services followed by the pouring of concrete building slabs.
