Ember by Azure - Construction Update January 2026

Welcome to the January construction update for Ember by Azure. We’re pleased to share continued progress across the site as construction gains momentum into the new year.

Concrete building slabs are now complete across the entire site, providing a strong foundation for the stages ahead. Concrete driveway works are well advanced, with driveways now completed to 67 of the 74 terraces, continuing to shape the internal streetscape.

Timber framing works are progressing across Terraces 1 to 42 and 58 to 74, with structures continuing to rise as the buildings take form. Roofing has also commenced, with works currently underway across terraces 1 – 21, 30 – 42, marking an important milestone as these residences move closer to lock-up.

Within terraces 1 - 21, plumbing, electrical and mechanical internal rough-ins have now commenced, supporting the transition into internal services and finishes. Early landscaping works are also underway across Terraces 1 to 42, with approximately 52 per cent now complete, beginning to define the outdoor character of the community.

Construction of the swimming pool shell has commenced, bringing one of Ember’s key lifestyle amenities to life.

Looking ahead, padmount transformer conduit works are scheduled to be installed in mid-February, supporting upcoming electrical infrastructure requirements.
