Ember by Azure - Construction Update February 2026

Welcome to the February construction update for Ember by Azure as works continue to progress across the community.

Concrete driveway works remain well advanced, with driveways now complete to 67 of the 74 terraces, further shaping the internal streetscape. Timber framing is now complete for Terraces 1 to 21, while framing continues across Terraces 22 to 52 and 58 to 74, demonstrating strong momentum as the structures continue to rise.

Roofing works are underway across Terraces 1 to 42, bringing these homes closer to lock-up. External cladding has also commenced for Terraces 1 to 21, beginning to define the architectural character of the first completed frames.

Internally, plumbing rough-ins are progressing through Terraces 1 to 21 and 30 to 42, while electrical and mechanical rough-ins have commenced within Terraces 1 to 21. Plasterboard installation has now begun across Terraces 1 to 21, marking the transition into the internal lining and finishing stages.

Early landscaping works continue to advance across Terraces 1 to 42, now approximately 55 per cent complete, bringing the outdoor spaces to life. A key milestone this month is the completion of the swimming pool shell, reinforcing Ember’s lifestyle offering as the communal amenity begins to take shape.

Looking ahead, painting and stair installation are scheduled to commence for Terraces 1 to 21, further progressing these residences toward completion.
