Ember by Azure - Construction Update August 2026

Welcome to the August construction update for Ember by Azure. We’re pleased to share the latest progress made across the community throughout the month.

Construction continues to advance across the community, with several key milestones achieved. Internal painting has now been completed for Terraces 1 to 21, while Terraces 22 to 42 are nearing completion and painting is progressing through Terraces 67 to 74. Tiling has also been completed across Terraces 1 to 42, Terraces 58 to 62 and Terraces 67 to 74, with works continuing through Terraces 43 to 52.

Externally, roofing and cladding works are progressing well across Terraces 53 to 66, while rendering is underway for Terraces 43 to 52 as these homes continue to take shape. Internally, plasterboard installation has been completed for Terraces 53 to 57, with fit-out activities progressing through Terraces 58 to 62. Joinery installation is now complete within Terraces 63 to 74, marking another significant milestone, while works continue through Terraces 43 to 47.

Across the community, garage doors have been installed to Terraces 1 to 42 and Terraces 67 to 74, while fencing works are progressing across the project as a whole. Landscaping continues to enhance the streetscape, with all palm trees now installed and landscaping completed within the backyards of Terraces 1 to 21, including new turf. Plumbing, electrical and mechanical fit-off works are also progressing across the project as homes move closer to completion.

Looking ahead, works will focus on ongoing internal fit-out, painting, joinery and tiling. Within the communal area, construction will continue on the pools, gatehouses and entry stairs, preparing for future residents.
