Ember by Azure - Construction Update August 2025

Welcome to the August construction update for Ember by Azure in Augustine Heights.

Progress on site continues to build momentum, with both earthworks and block retaining walls now fully complete. Civil services are nearing completion at 98%, and roadworks have reached 50% progress across the site. Screw pier installation has also commenced, with 15% now in place as part of early foundation works for the terraces.

Looking ahead, the next stage of construction will include the installation of under-slab services to the terraces, followed by the commencement of concrete slab pours.
