Ember by Azure - Construction Update April 2026

Welcome to the April construction update for Ember by Azure. We’re pleased to share continued progress across the site, with works advancing steadily as the community begins to take shape.

Concrete driveways remain in progress, with 70 of 74 terraces now complete, marking a significant milestone across the development.

Timber framing is nearing completion across terraces 53 to 57, with works on track to be finalised by mid-May. Roofing is also progressing well across terraces 67 to 74, while external cladding continues to advance across terraces 1 to 42.

Internally, services are taking shape, with plumbing, electrical and mechanical rough-in now complete across terraces 1 to 42 and currently progressing through terraces 67 to 74.

Plasterboard installation has been completed within terraces 30 to 35 and 36 to 42, with works continuing through terraces 22 to 29. Stair installation is also well underway, now complete across terraces 25 to 30 and 36 to 42.

Across the external areas, early landscaping works continue to build momentum, now reaching approximately 55% completion throughout terraces 1 to 42, contributing to the overall character and liveability of the community.

Looking ahead, painting has now commenced across terraces 1 to 21, both internally and externally, marking the transition into the next phase of finishes.

Works within the communal area, including the services and building structures, are scheduled to commence in early May, bringing the shared spaces at the heart of Ember by Azure to life.
