Elwood by Azure - Final Construction Update

Welcome to the final construction update for Elwood by Azure in Mango Hill. The community is now in its closing stages of construction, with final detailing underway across all terraces.

Terraces 1 to 8, 9 to 14, and 15 to 20 are progressing through their final phase, with testing and commissioning of services underway, followed by final cleaning and touch-up painting. The same progress can be seen across Terraces 21 to 26, 27 to 32, and 33 to 40, where each residence is receiving its final refinements in preparation for handover.

Terraces 41 to 48, 49 to 54, and 55 to 62 are also undergoing final testing, full internal cleans, and the last round of detailed paint finishes. The final group of homes, Terraces 63 to 68, is following the same path as the team completes the last checks to ensure everything is delivered to the high standard expected from an Azure residence.

In the communal areas, planting and mulching are underway, with the pergola shade awning and astro turf installation scheduled for early December. These additions will complete the shared spaces at the heart of the community.
