Elwood by Azure - Construction Update September 2025

Welcome to the September construction update for Elwood by Azure in Mango Hill. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the project.

In Terraces 1 to 8, electrical and plumbing fix-outs have commenced, carpentry final fit is underway, and front retaining walls are being installed. Terraces 9 to 20 are entering their final stages, with internal painting nearing completion, electrical and plumbing fix-outs underway, and carpentry final fit progressing well.

Terraces 21 to 26 are advancing with backyard preparation, shower screens and wardrobes being installed, and internal finishing inspections already underway. Terraces 27 to 32 are also preparing backyards, with internal painting close to completion. In Terraces 33 to 40, backyard preparation continues, final painting is nearing completion, and electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works are progressing in tandem.

The final terraces are showing exciting signs of completion. Terraces 41 to 48 have backyard preparation underway, carpet installed, and finishing inspections progressing internally. Terraces 49 to 68 have all had carpet laid and finishing inspections are underway, with trees now installed and turf scheduled to be laid in early October.

Communal spaces are also taking shape beautifully. The pool area is coming to life with tiling now 70% complete, blockwork for the tiered seating and concrete steps is finished and ready for render and painting, and feature trees have been installed. The pool entry gate and planters are prepped for stone cladding, and pool fencing is underway.

Across the wider site, Light Horse Court upgrade roadworks are 70% complete, entry gate planter boxes are nearing completion, the mailboxes are now finished, and the communal lawn area is in final preparation for fencing to begin.
