Elwood by Azure - Construction Update October 2025

Welcome to the October construction update for Elwood by Azure in Mango Hill. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the project.

Final works are now well underway across the development as we move toward completion. In Terraces 1 to 8, carpet installation is complete, and shower screens and wardrobes are currently being installed. Final testing and commissioning of services is also underway in preparation for handover.

The same progress applies to Terraces 9 to 14 and 15 to 20, where final carpentry fit-off is complete, shower screens and wardrobes are being installed, and services are undergoing final checks.

Terraces 21 to 48 are progressing through final landscaping and finishing stages, with backyard fencing and stair installation now underway. Internal quality control inspections are complete across these terraces, and final touch-ups are in progress to prepare each home for occupancy.

Terraces 49 to 68 are also in the finishing phase, with internal inspections complete and detail works now being finalised.

The communal areas are also taking shape. Pool tiling is now complete, exposed aggregate footpaths have been poured, and the pool entry gate structure is finished, with stone cladding works now commenced. Lush landscaping is beginning to define the community, with major tree installations now complete and ground cover to follow shortly. Open space areas are being finalised, with turf installation scheduled for mid-November.

Site-wide infrastructure works are nearing completion. Roadworks for the Light Horse Court upgrade are almost finished, with asphalt works booked for early November. Entry gate columns are complete, and gates are currently in fabrication, scheduled for installation later in the month.

The exposed aggregate entry walkway is now finished, and Light Horse Court footpaths are complete and ready for turf and street tree planting.
