Elwood by Azure - Construction Update May 2025

Welcome to the May construction update for Elwood by Azure in Mango Hill. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Construction is progressing across all buildings, with significant milestones reached over the past month. In Terraces 1 to 8, the main roof has now been completed, cladding is underway, and internal services rough-in has commenced. Terraces 9 to 14 have completed lower framing and subfloor installation.

Over at Terraces 21 to 26, cladding is 90% complete and internal sheeting has begun. Roofing installation is underway in Terraces 27 to 32, and on track to be finished in early June. Windows are being installed, and internal services rough-in is also in progress.

For Terraces 33 to 40, the roof is now complete, cladding is advancing with a completion date set for early June, and internal services rough-in has wrapped up with internal sheeting set to follow.

In Terraces 41 to 48, cladding has been completed, rendering is now underway, and both internal services and sheeting are progressing well.

Terraces 49 to 54 and 55 to 62 respectively, have both reached external paint completion. Scaffold has been dropped, waterproofing and garage doors are in, and floor finishes are scheduled to begin in early June. Backyard landscaping preparation is also underway for both buildings.

Meanwhile, in Terraces 63 to 68, framing and roof installation are complete, scaffolding has gone up, windows are in place, cladding has commenced, and internal services rough-in is currently underway.

Within the communal area, the roof structure is progressing, and preparation has begun for the tiered feature blockwork seating, which will be a standout feature in this shared space.
