Elwood by Azure - Construction Update July 2025

Welcome to the July construction update for Elwood by Azure in Mango Hill. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Progress continues across all ten buildings, with strong momentum on both internal and external works. Terraces 1 to 8 are advancing well, with external paint and render now 95% complete ahead of a scheduled scaffold drop in early August. Internal tiling has reached 70% completion, and joinery installation is set to begin shortly.

In Terraces 9 to 14, cladding is 90% complete, with external render works due to commence early August. Internally, sheeting is 90% complete and stair installation is underway. Over at Terraces 15 to 20, window installation and builder’s wrap are in progress, cladding has commenced, and internal services rough-in is 90% complete. Sheeting is scheduled to start in early August.

Terraces 21 to 26 are nearing final stages of internal works, with joinery now 90% complete and patio tiling well underway. Internal painting has begun with undercoats applied, and plumbing fixture fit-off has commenced.

Similar progress can be seen in Terraces 41 to 48, where joinery is also 90% complete, patio tiling is ongoing, and both internal painting and plumbing fit-off are underway.

Terraces 27 to 32 are preparing for final finishes, with 80% of external render now complete and painting to begin in early August. Internally, carpentry fix-out is progressing and tiling will commence shortly. Terraces 33 to 40 are also on track, with tiling now 70% complete and joinery scheduled to start early August.

In Terraces 49 to 54 and 55 to 62, internal painting has commenced, plumbing fixture fit-off is underway, and rear yard fencing and landscaping have begun. Terraces 63 to 68 have seen their scaffold removed, joinery is halfway complete, and tiling is now 90% finished.

Works have also advanced in the communal areas. The pool pavilion slab is now complete, footings for the entry gate are underway, and blockwork for the tiered seating will commence in early August. Footings for the front gate planters have also been established.
