Elwood by Azure - Construction Update February 2025

Welcome to the February construction update for Elwood by Azure in Mango Hill. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

For terraces 1–8, underslab services are now complete, with formwork, reinforcement, and concrete expected to be finished by the end of the month.

In terraces 21–26, lower frames are now complete, preparing the structure for subfloor installation.

Terraces 27–32 have termite protection in place, with frames scheduled for delivery in March. Lower frames for Terraces 33–40 are now 50% complete, while Terraces 41–48 have lower frames finished, with subfloor works underway.

Significant progress has been made on Terraces 49–54, where upper frames are now complete, and trusses are set to be installed early March. Terraces 55–62 have reached a major milestone, with framing now complete, scaffolding wrapped, and roof battens scheduled to commence shortly, followed by roof sheet delivery thereafter.

In Terraces 63–68, two out of three slabs are complete, allowing framing to begin, while the remaining slab has underslab services finalised.
