Elwood by Azure - Construction Update August 2025

Welcome to the August construction update for Elwood by Azure in Mango Hill. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Terraces 1 to 8 continue to progress through final stages, with external paint and render now 95% complete and scaffold fully removed. Tiling is finished throughout, joinery to kitchens and bathrooms is complete, and internal painting is now underway. Metalwork screens and balustrades have also been installed.

In Terraces 9 to 14, scaffold has been dropped, and external screens are now in place. External render is 80% complete, while internally, sheeting and carpentry fix-out are finished and tiling has commenced. Terraces 15 to 20 represent the final group to retain scaffolding, which is scheduled to come down in early September. External paint and render are 90% complete, with internal sheeting finished and carpentry fix-out and tiling works underway.

Across Terraces 21 to 26, plumbing and electrical fit-off is in progress, with driveways completed and planter boxes installed. Shower screen and wardrobe installations are also now underway. In Terraces 27 to 32, joinery is 90% complete and internal painting is ongoing. Driveways and planter boxes have also been finalised.

Terraces 33 to 40 are close behind, with joinery 80% complete and painting due to follow shortly. Planter boxes are already installed. Terraces 41 to 48 are moving through final finishes, with internal painting underway, patio roofing now complete, and plumbing and electrical fit-off works commenced. Planter boxes have also been installed in this section.

Terraces 49 to 54 and 55 to 62 are tracking in parallel, with internal plumbing and electrical fit-offs underway. Fencing and landscaping are nearly complete and ready for planting, while final internal paint is nearing completion and shower screen and wardrobe installations are progressing.

Terraces 63 to 68 have now had joinery completed, internal painting is underway, and plumbing and electrical fit-offs are scheduled to commence soon. Fencing and landscaping in this section are also nearing completion.

In the communal area, footpaths around the pool zone are 60% complete, blockwork for tiered seating is now 80% complete, and the pool entry gate and planter blockwork have been finalised.
