Elwood by Azure - Construction Update April 2025

Welcome to the April construction update for Elwood by Azure in Mango Hill. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Terraces 1 to 8 have now reached a major milestone with framing complete and scaffolding in place, setting the stage for roof installation in early May. Terraces 9 to 14 have also moved ahead, with slab works finalised and framing due to commence shortly.

Over at Terraces 21 to 26, roofing is now complete, cladding is underway, and internal services rough-in has commenced. In Terraces 27 to 32, upper framing is progressing well, with roofing works scheduled to start mid-May. Terraces 33 to 40 have achieved framing completion, roof installation is underway, and internal services rough-in has begun.

Terraces 41 to 48 are quickly taking shape, with roofing complete, cladding progressing, and internal services rough-in now finished. Installation of internal stairs is scheduled to commence in early May.

Meanwhile, Terraces 49 to 54 are close to their next phase, with cladding nearly finished and internal sheeting complete. Internal fix-out works and painting are scheduled to start in the coming weeks.

Terraces 55 to 62 are well advanced, with external painting 80% complete and internal fix-out works finished. Internal painting is set to commence in early May, alongside a scaffold drop that will further reveal the terrace façades. Terraces 63 to 68 have reached framing completion, with scaffold installation set for early May in preparation for roof works mid-month.

Momentum is building in the communal areas, where under-slab services are underway, and preparations are in place for slab installation in early May.
