Dahlia by Azure - Final Construction Update

Welcome to the February construction update for Dahlia by Azure, as we continue progressing through the final stages of construction and refinement across the community.

This month, scaffolding has now been fully removed across the site, revealing the completed façades and allowing the architectural character of the terraces to be fully appreciated.

Render and external painting works remain in the final quality review and touch-up phase, ensuring a high standard of finish throughout. Internally, plasterboard patching is ongoing as we prepare each residence for final detailing and presentation.

Joinery installation has now reached approximately 98 per cent completion, marking a significant milestone as kitchens, vanities and storage elements are finalised throughout the terraces. Shower screen installation is now 85 per cent complete, while external concrete works have progressed to approximately 90 per cent completion, further defining driveways, pathways and outdoor areas.

Looking ahead, works will focus on completing the pool area tiling, installation of the entry piers and gates and construction of the pool fencing. These elements will bring together both the lifestyle and infrastructure components of the community as we move closer to completion.
