Dahlia by Azure - Construction Update September 2025

Welcome to this month’s construction update for Dahlia by Azure. We’re excited to share that works are progressing well across the community, with significant milestones achieved over the past few weeks.

Kerb installation is now 66% complete across the project, clearly defining the internal streetscapes. Perimeter scaffolding is nearing completion, with only Terraces 15 to 20 left. Framing has been a key highlight this month, with the final structures for Terraces 76 to 91 now complete. Roofing is also advancing strongly, and we are now at 80% completion.

External works continue to take shape, with render now 50% complete across the site and cladding progressing steadily at 60% completion. Plasterboard installation, including sheeting, setting, and sanding, has reached 60% across the project, while external painting is halfway complete, bringing vibrant definition to the façades. Inside, joinery has been completed in Terraces 1 to 10 and 112 to 129, marking an exciting step toward internal finishes.

This month’s standout achievement has been the completion of framing across the final set of Terraces, a major milestone in the construction journey. We’re also pleased to welcome a new foreman onsite, further strengthening the team as we move confidently toward the next stages of delivery.
