Dahlia by Azure - Construction Update October 2025

Welcome to this month’s construction update for Dahlia by Azure.

It’s been another productive month on site, with key milestones achieved across all stages of the build. Kerb installation remains at 66% complete, and scaffold perimeter has now been erected to all buildings, with four buildings having scaffolding dropped in recent weeks.

Framing is now fully complete across the entire project, and roofing is on track to be fully completed by the end of the month, marking a major milestone in the construction program.

Internal works are progressing steadily, with render now 60% complete, plasterboard sheeting, setting, and sanding finished across 75% of terraces, and cladding now 75% complete site wide.

External painting is also well advanced at 60%. Joinery installation is now complete to Terraces 1–14, 53–72, and 112–129, while shower screens have been installed throughout Terraces 112–129. External concrete works have commenced and are 20% complete across the site.

A key highlight this month has been the completion of roofing, allowing trades to move into the final stages of internal works. An item of interest is the growing momentum around the communal area, where blockwork to the bio basin is now complete and the spaces surrounding the pool are beginning to take shape.
