Dahlia by Azure - Construction Update November 2025

Welcome to the November construction update for Dahlia by Azure in Flinders View. The project has seen strong progress this month, with several key stages advancing across the community.

Road subsoil drainage is now 90 percent complete site wide, supporting continued infrastructure works. Perimeter scaffold removal is also progressing well, with only four buildings remaining.

Externally, render application has reached 80 percent completion, while cladding is now fully complete across all terraces, a major milestone for the development. External painting continues to move forward, now sitting at approximately 70 percent.

Inside the terraces, plasterboard sheeting, setting, and sanding is now 95 percent complete, with only Terraces 15 through 20 still underway. Joinery installation has reached 66 percent completion, shower screens are sitting at 40 percent, and external concrete works are also tracking at 40 percent across the site.

A standout highlight this month is the completion of cladding site wide, establishing the architectural character of the community in full. Of particular interest, Terraces 112 to 120 have now undergone their final clean, with these homes locked up and prepared for their upcoming quality review.
