Dahlia by Azure - Construction Update May 2025

Welcome to the May construction update for Dahlia by Azure in Flinders View. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Construction continues to gather momentum, with civil services now fully complete and retaining walls reaching 95% completion across the site. Screw piers remain at 90%, and plumbing and electrical underslabs have been installed to 12 of the 15 buildings.

Road boxing has commenced, and concrete slabs have now been poured to terraces 29 through 46—bringing us to 60% completion of slabs site wide.

Scaffold voids and perimeter scaffolding have been erected to support ongoing works across terraces 1 to 14, 53 to 72, and 112 to 129.

Framing is now complete for terraces 1 to 10, 63 to 72, and 112 to 129. Lower framing is underway on terraces 21 to 28, while upper framing continues across terraces 53 to 62.

Roof trusses are being installed on terraces 11 to 14, with fascia and gutter works progressing on terraces 1 to 10. Roofing continues to take shape, with roof sheets now in place on terraces 121 to 129, and insulation completed to terraces 112 to 120.

A key highlight this month is the installation of roof sheets to the first completed building—an exciting milestone as Dahlia begins to take its final form. Meanwhile, in Stage 2 of the project, road gravel has now been completed to support terraces 73 to 111, marking a significant step forward in site infrastructure.
