Dahlia by Azure - Construction Update March 2025

Welcome to the March construction update for Dahlia by Azure in Flinders View. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

A key milestone has been reached this month, with the first frame now standing on-site.

Civil services for Stage 3, including stormwater, electrical, sewer, and water, are now complete. Retaining walls have reached 50% completion, while screw pier installations are now 90% complete site-wide.

Plumbing and electrical underslab works have been completed for 12 out of 15 buildings, marking another key milestone in the project. Concrete slabs have been poured for terraces 121–129, bringing the total to five out of 15 buildings now complete.

Structural works are also advancing, with scaffold voids now in place for terraces 112–120. Lower frames and floors are complete, and upper frames are underway for these terraces. Meanwhile, framing has commenced on terraces 1–10 and 63–72, setting the stage for further construction progress.
