Dahlia by Azure - Construction Update July 2025

Welcome to the July construction update for Dahlia by Azure in Flinders View. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Significant progress has been made across the site, with all concrete slabs now fully complete, marking a major milestone in the construction program.

Retaining walls remain 95% complete, while all screw piers to building pads and plumbing and electrical under-slab services have now been finalised. Subgrade road boxing is also continuing across the site, with75% complete to date.

Perimeter scaffolding has been erected to support works across Terraces 1–14, 21–72, and 112–129. Framing is now complete across these same terraces, while lower framing is underway for Terraces 92–101. Upper framing and roof truss installation are progressing well across Terraces 76–91.

Roofing is now complete to a large portion of the project, including Terraces 1–14, 21–28, 38–46, 53–72, and 112–129.

Internal plasterboard works, including sheeting, setting, and sanding are finished in Terraces 1–14, 63–72, and 112–129, with work underway in Terraces 53–62. Cladding is complete to Terraces 112–129 and now progressing across Terraces 11–14 and 63–72.

External painting has commenced to Terraces 1–10,63–72, and 112–129, bringing the first visual finishes to site.

A key highlight this month is the commencement of joinery, with works now underway in Terraces 112–120.
