Dahlia by Azure - Construction Update January 2026

Welcome to the January construction update for Dahlia by Azure, and our first update for the new year.

Road subsoil drainage is now fully complete, supporting long-term infrastructure performance, with scaffold removal across the site also finalised.

Internally, plasterboard patching is underway, while render and external painting works are currently in the final quality review and refinement phase, ensuring a high standard of finish throughout the residences.

Joinery installation is now 95 per cent complete, with shower screens approximately 75 per cent installed across Terraces 3, 10, 11, 12 and 13. External concrete works are also progressing well across Terraces 10, 11, 12 and 13, further refining the streetscape and private outdoor areas.

Within the communal areas, blockwork and roofing are now complete, providing the final structure for shared spaces within the community.

A key highlight this month is the commencement of landscaping works, marking a significant visual milestone as Dahlia’s outdoor spaces begin to come to life.

Handovers.com have now commenced onsite, supporting the upcoming handover process and ensuring a smooth transition for purchasers.
