Dahlia by Azure - Construction Update February 2025

Welcome to the February construction update for Dahlia by Azure in Flinders View. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Civil services for Stages 1 and 2 are now complete, including stormwater, electrical, sewer, and water infrastructure. This marks a significant step forward in preparing the site for the next phases of construction.

Plumbing and electrical underslab works have now been completed for 8 of the 15 buildings, laying the groundwork for the structural elements to follow. Additionally, concrete slabs have been successfully poured for Terraces 1–14, 63–72, and 112–120.

We look forward to sharing more developments as the Dahlia community comes to life.
