Dahlia by Azure - Construction Update August 2025

Welcome to the August construction update for Dahlia by Azure in Flinders View.

Progress continues across all areas of the site, with kerb installation now 25% complete and perimeter scaffolding erected to two additional buildings to support upcoming stages of work.

Carpentry framing is nearing completion across the development, with frames now finalised for Terraces 73 to 91 and 102 to 111. Lower framing is underway in Terraces 15 to 20, while upper framing and roof truss installation are progressing through Terraces 92 to 101.

Roofing has now been completed for Terraces 21 to 52, and external render is finished to Terraces 112 to 129. Internal plasterboard works are moving forward with sheet, set, and sand now complete for Terraces 53 to 72. Works are also underway in Terraces 21 to 28 and 38 to 46. Cladding has been finalised for Terraces 1 to 14 and 63 to 72, with progress continuing through Terraces 53 to 62.

External painting is complete for Terraces 112 to 129, while joinery installation has commenced in Terraces 1 to 10 and 121 to 129. A key highlight this month is the successful pour of the communal pool shell, an exciting milestone in the delivery of shared lifestyle amenities for the community.
