Dahlia by Azure - Construction Update April 2025

Welcome to the April construction update for Dahlia by Azure in Flinders View. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Civil services are well underway across the site, including stormwater, electrical, sewer, and water connections. Retaining wall construction is now 80% complete, supporting ongoing building works.

Concrete slabs have now been poured for terraces 53 to 62, marking six buildings complete and bringing the total slab progress to 40% across the project.

Scaffolding installation continues across the site, with voids now in place for terraces 1 to 10, 63 to 72, and 112 to 129. Framing is also progressing well, with upper levels now underway on terraces 1 to 10 and 63 to 72. Meanwhile, roof truss installation is advancing on terraces 112 to 129, marking strong momentum through this stage of construction.
