About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of our construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all on-site activities, supervising staff and subcontractors to ensure works are completed in line with contract and sales requirements. With a strong focus on quality, safety, time, and cost control, you will drive projects to completion while maintaining strict compliance with OH&S standards. As a key leader on site, you will mentor and guide the construction team and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative, ethical, and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise all site construction activities, subcontractors and direct labour to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to required quality standards

· Maintain accurate site documentation, records, reports and program updates

· Monitor workmanship, coordinate re-work and proactively resolve construction, safety and environmental issues

· Manage project finalisation, including defects identification, rectification and completion to achieve defect free handover

· Assist with preparation of certifications, as-builts and operations manuals

· Drive continuous improvement in design, materials, systems and construction processes

· Coordinate and lead site meetings, subcontractor meetings and third party inspections

About You

· Experience in end to end construction value chain

· Applicable QBCC Site Supervisor licence or Builders licence

· Strong understanding of building construction processes

· Strong knowledge of construction standards and codes
