Site Foreman

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Site Foreman to support the successful delivery of our construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the direct supervision of on-site staff and subcontractors, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with project documentation and delivered to the highest standards. With a strong focus on quality control, program adherence, cost management, and strict compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements, you will play a key part in maintaining safe, efficient, and productive sites.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate, review, monitor and supervise direct and subcontract site activities

· Supervise subcontractors and deliveries of the project in accordance with time, cost and quality requirements

· Assist Site manager with the Project Programme

· Attend and assist with weekly subcontractor meetings

· Audit workmanship and ensure that any required re-work is done expediently

· Identify potential construction challenges, safety and environmental issues on site and identify and implement solutions

· Manage project finalisation to ensure internal defect inspection and rectification is undertaken to achieve defect free completion

About You

You’re an experienced Site Foreman with extensive knowledge in the end-to-end construction value chain. You can positively influence business customers and colleagues and understand the building construction process. This role requires you to have a site supervisors’ licence or builder licence.
