Due to the completion of a new residential complex in Flinders View, we are seeking to appoint an Onsite Property Manager to join the team. This position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the complex, ensuring a high standard of presentation, service, and resident experience is maintained at all times. This role will be supporting 120 terraces and 1 more additional complex, completing TBC, bringing the total portfolio to approx. 150 properties.

Core Responsibilities

• Effective end to end property management processes for owners and tenants
• Accurate, complete, and up to date property records and reporting
• Strong, trusted relationships with property owners supported by clear communication and professional advice
• Successful leasing outcomes aligned to market conditions and owner expectations
• High quality tenants placed and retained within the portfolio
• Prompt, effective response to tenant issues and maintenance requests
• Properties and common areas are maintained to a high standard in coordination with caretakers, contractors, builders and body corporate
• Effective collaboration with Azure Living Caretakers, Body Corporate, builders and internal teams

About You

• Minimum 4 years experience in a property management role
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
• Strong knowledge of Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
• Familiarity with Body corporate and Community Management Act
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong customer focus and ability to positively build, influence and maintain client, customer and colleague relationships
