This position will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of our complexes, ensuring a high standard of presentation, service, and resident experience is maintained at all times. This role will be supporting 120 complexes based in East and South Brisbane and 1 other complex on theGold Coast.

You will be set up for success with strong structural support. Reporting to an experienced Senior Property Manager/Team Leader, you'll also have access to a dedicated Leasing Consultant and a team of five offshore support staff to assist with administration, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service. This role will be based in our head office based in Fortitude Valley and 1 day WFH after your successful probation period.

Core Responsibilities

  • Effective end to end property management processes for owners and tenants
  • Accurate, complete, and up to date property records and reporting
  • Strong, trusted relationships with property owners supported by clear communication and professional advice
  • Successful leasing outcomes aligned to market conditions and owner expectations
  • High quality tenants placed and retained within the portfolio
  • Prompt, effective response to tenant issues and maintenance requests
  • Properties and common areas are maintained to a high standard in coordination with caretakers, contractors, builders and body corporate
  • Effective collaboration with Azure Living Caretakers, Body Corporate, builders and internal teams

About You

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a property management role
  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
  • Familiarity with Body corporate and Community Management Act
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong customer focus and ability to positively build, influence and maintain client, customer and colleague relationships
