Project Manager | Panelised Prefabricated Construction

Azure is stepping into a new frontier - delivering our first panelised prefabricated construction project and laying the foundation for a smarter, faster, and more scalable way of building.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who doesn’t just want to deliver projects the traditional way - but is motivated by innovation, problem-solving, and the opportunity to help shape a new construction methodology from the ground up.

The Opportunity

You’ll take a lead role in delivering our first panelised prefabricated project - working across design, manufacturing, logistics, and site delivery to bring a new system to life.

Along the way, you’ll help establish the processes, partnerships, and lessons that will underpin how we scale prefab across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a panelised prefabricated construction project
• Drive design coordination with a focus on buildability and DfMA principles
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to optimise outcomes
• Manage offsite production, logistics, and onsite assembly sequencing
• Identify and implement efficiencies across time, cost, and methodology
• Capture and embed learnings to support future prefab projects
• Lead, mentor, and align project teams to deliver high performance outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• A mindset geared toward innovation, improvement, and challenging the norm
• Proven experience delivering construction projects as a Project Manager
• Strong commercial and program management capability
• Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and disciplines
• Experience in prefab, modular, or offsite construction [highly regarded, not essential]
• Most importantly, you’re someone who sees this as more than a job - you see it as an opportunity to be part of something evolving.
