Project Administrator

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keep projects running smoothly by managing documentation and maintaining accurate, compliant records

• Assist with claims processing, cost tracking, and day-to-day project admin tasks

• Support communication between teams, streamline workflows, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes across our projects

About You:

You’re the kind of person who takes pride in being the reliable backbone of a project. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, methodical approach, you’re at your best when supporting teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You’ll Ideally Bring:

• A Cert IV or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience

• 2+ years in project admin, coordination, or support within construction, development, or property

• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Confidence with digital tools like Premier [or similar construction ERP/project software]

• Document control or audit experience in a construction setting

• Advanced MS Office skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and familiarity with project platforms e.g. Aconex, Procore, Asana

• Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a strong team spirit
