Maintenance Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating and managing all quality, maintenance, and warranty-related items to ensure Azure's standards of workmanship, compliance, and customer experience is constantly achieved. This role acts as a central point of coordination and communication between clients and internal Azure departments. Through proactive coordination, accurate tracking, and strong stakeholder engagement, the role supports efficient rectification outcomes and continuous improvement across developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and defect requests are reviewed, prioritised, scheduled, and resolved within agreed time frames and quality standards
• Warranty rectification works are coordinated effectively across all applicable developments
• Clear and timely communication is maintained with owners, tenants, property managers, internal teams and contractors
• Defect rectification is completed in line with scope, compliance, and quality expectations
• Be a trusted point of contact for maintenance and defect-related matters
• Ensure costs are controlled, transparent and accurately recorded

About You

You're an experienced maintenance or facilities coordinator that thrives on proactive and quality delivery. You're confident on managing reactive and planned maintenance, setting priorities, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard. You have proven ability to build and manage contractor relationships and holding partners accountable while driving continuous improvement. We are looking for someone that has experience in high rise residential and townhouse complexes.
