The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and progressing maintenance activities across the Facilities Management portfolio, ensuring works are actioned efficiently, contractors are engaged appropriately, and systems and reporting remain accurate.
The role supports maintenance delivery and operational visibility by managing day to day contractor relationships, triaging issues, and progressing practical solutions, while excluding responsibility for long term contractor strategy, commercial arrangements, and customer relationship ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Multiple maintenance tasks and competing priorities managed effectively through strong time management, organisation, and follow up
- Maintenance issues proactively triaged, prioritised, and progressed using sound judgement and practical problem solving
- Day to day contractor relationships managed proactively to support timely completion of works and minimise delays
- Maintenance jobs tracked accurately from request through to completion, with complete and current records maintained
- Clear, timely, and proactive communication enabling effective customer communication and expectation management
About You
You’re an experienced maintenance or facilities coordinator who thrives on proactive delivery. You’re confident managing reactive and planned maintenance, setting priorities, and ensuring works are completed to a high technical, compliance, and service standard. You have a proven ability to build and manage contractor relationships, holding partners accountable while driving continuous improvement.
You'll Bring
- Proven experience in maintenance or facilities coordination, facilities or a similar role within commercial, residential, or mixed-use environments
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and digital tools
