About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Launch and Leasing Specialist to lead Azure’s leasing operations. This pivotal role will drive performance across our leasing portfolio, blending analytical insight with customer experience excellence to deliver superior financial outcomes and uphold Azure’s premium standards.

As the Launch and Leasing Specialist, you’ll partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Property Management teams to design and execute integrated leasing campaigns, ensure market-leading customer experiences, and enhance investor confidence throughout every stage of the leasing journey.

This role offers high earning potential supported by Azure’s unique vertically integrated business model. As both a developer and property manager, Azure provides opportunities for significant commission earnings tied to project completions - enabling strong financial outcomes aligned with company success rather than incremental commissions throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine leasing strategies aligned with Azure’s broader business objectives
• Analyse performance data, market trends, and forecasts to inform decision-making
• Drive financial performance through optimised occupancy, rental yield, and tenant retention
• Map and continuously improve the leasing customer journey to ensure seamless, premium service at every touchpoint
• Implement proactive feedback loops to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct ongoing competitor and market research to inform pricing and positioning
• Leverage analytics and predictive tools to drive efficiency and improve outcomes
• Manage tenant guarantees, benefits deeds, and risk mitigation processes

About You

You’re a natural relationship builder with strong commercial acumen and a passion for elevating the leasing experience. You thrive in data-driven environments, think strategically, and take pride in delivering measurable results.

You’ll bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Property Management, Leasing, Business Development or Sales
• QLD Real Estate License and current driver’s licence
• Strong knowledge of the Queensland leasing and tenancy landscape
• Experience using Property Me and HubSpot CRM [preferred]
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and clearly articulate insights
