About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Finance Manager to support the Chief Financial Officer in overseeing the financial operations of the group. This role is responsible for delivering accurate reporting, maintaining strong governance, leading cashflow management, and ensuring the integrity of financial information across the organisation.

Azure is a growing business and will continue to expand, the finance function requires additional strategic capability to support consolidated financial management across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end to end financial accounting, including general ledger, journals, reconciliations and month end close
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Deliver management reporting, dashboards, and insights to the CFO and executives
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cashflow projections, and variance analysis
• Oversee taxation compliance
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset registers

About You

You are a hands on and commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring strong analytical capability, sound judgement, and a passion for building robust financial frameworks. Your ability to communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, and lead a small team will be instrumental to your success.

Experience & Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, or related field
• CA or CPA qualified
• 5-7 + years experience in accounting, finance or management reporting roles
• Experience in property development, construction or investment [desired]
• Experience in leading and developing small finance teams [desired]
