We are looking for our next Executive Assistant to our Chief Financial Officer. This role is integral to maintaining governance integrity, safeguarding confidential information, supporting board and company secretarial processes, and contributing to organisational effectiveness during periods of growth and change.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, high-level executive support to the CFO, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and preparation of briefing materials
• Manage communications, correspondence and confidential matters with discretion and sound judgement
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboarding and briefing packs
• Assist CFO with governance and company secretarial support
• Support the CFO in delivering organisational change initiatives, including systems implementations and process improvement programs
• Coordination of Board and Committee meetings and taking minutes
• Monitor and follow up on key actions, deadlines and deliverables across CFO's portfolio
• Contribute to budget tracking, invoice coordination and administrative financial processes as required
  

About You

• Minimum of 5 years experience supporting C-Suite executives in a corporate environment
• Demonstrated experience supporting Board and governance processes, including minute taking
• Exceptional organisational and time management capability
• Proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement
• Advanced computer literacy and experience working across multiple systems
