Key Responsibilities

As the Development Manager, you will take end to end ownership of development projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing and managing development briefs and feasibilities, ensuring projects are delivered in line with approved parameters, timelines, governance requirements, and Azure's development framework and policies
• Leading the assessment of project impacts and changes in circumstances, evaluating risks and opportunities, and presenting alternative options and recommendations
• Manage cost control, commercial reporting, and cashflow forecasting to support informed decision making
• Leading strategies to obtain all required development and operational works approvals, ensuring ongoing compliance with statutory requirements
• Overseeing plan sealing processes and ensuring successful title registration
• Acting as a key liaison for design intent clarification with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the approved brief and project value proposition

About You

• Bachelor Degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline
• Proven experience in end-to-end property development project management
• Experience in multi-townhouse residential property development would be highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of market trends, development processes, and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated financial analysis and budget management capability
• Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail
