Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Design Manager to lead and oversee design outcomes across the development, tender and construction phases of our projects. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the design process, ensuring solutions are buildable, compliant, commercially aligned, and delivered to the highest standards of quality, cost, and program performance.

Working collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants, you will guide the coordination and integration of design to support successful project delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to influence project outcomes from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure design intent and Azure brief if captured and embedded into the design documentation

· Achievement of program milestones for all design deliverables and key workshops

· Adherence to Azure’s design management plan, including minimum standards for design outputs, processes, and design administration with full ownership of document control

· Scope and conduct design workshops, including value management and buildability

· Continuous embedding of lessons learned into current and future design outcome

About You

· Bachelor degree in Architecture, Project Management or related discipline

· Project documentation experience

· Ability to understand and interpret cost plans

· Proficient with Microsoft Project and knowledge of Revit
