Contracts Administrator
As a Contracts Administrator you are to support the successful delivery of our projects. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing contract administration, financial controls, and procurement processes that underpin project performance and profitability.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial and contractual inputs that inform key project decisions. Through strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder engagement, you will help safeguard project outcomes, uphold compliance obligations, and protect Azure’s reputation. Key Responsibilities
· Supporting the commercial and contractual success of construction projects
· Administering contracts and ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements
· Manage cost controls, reporting and financial accountability
· Maintaining accurate project documentation, records and registers
· Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
· Identify and mitigate risks while embracing opportunities for improvement
About You
· Tertiary qualification in Property Development, Project Management, Construction Management or similar
· Proven ability to administer contracts, financial reporting and project documentation
· Strong written, verbal and presentation skills to influence outcomes
· Experience in end-to-end construction value chain
· Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
