As part of this growth, we're thrilled to introduce several new roles, including an opportunity for an experienced Communities Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our future.
As Communities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the Body Corporate and client relations within the Client Services team. This is a highly visible role responsible for owning all Body corporate and client interactions, ensuring committees, owners, residents, investors, and key stakeholders are engaged with professionalism and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Body Corporate function as a standalone, proactive capability within the Client Services Team
- Deliver consistent, professional engagement with committees, owners, and key stakeholders across the portfolio
- Coordinate Body corporate maintenance approvals and instructions, enabling timely, compliant delivery by Facilities Management
- Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual scope, preventing delivery of unfunded or unapproved services
- Reduce risk and escalation through proactive communication, clear governance frameworks, and disciplined approval processes
- Build and manage strong Body Corporate and client relationships with portfolio growth and broader business strategy
About You
You are a confident, commercially minded relationship leader who can balance governance discipline with pragmatic service delivery, and who is comfortable operating as the senior point of accountability for Body Corporate relationships across a growing portfolio. You thrive in roles where you can build structure, establish governance, and bring clarity to complex stakeholder environments. You’re comfortable owning senior committee and client relationships, acting as the escalation point for sensitive or high-risk matters, and communicating with authority, diplomacy, and consistency.
You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a senior relationship, strata, Body Corporate, or client services role within property, facilities management, or real estate environments
- Demonstrated experience owning committee and client relationships across a diverse property portfolio
- Strong background in Body Corporate governance, including meeting processes, approvals, and stakeholder communication
- Experience managing or overseeing Caretaking and Letting Agreements, including reviews, extensions, and commercial alignment
- proven ability to manage escalations, complex stakeholder dynamics, and high risk matters with professionalism and sound judgement
