The Acquisitions Manager is a newly created role at azure, introduced in response to our continued growth and expanding project pipelines. As our business evolves, we are strengthening our Development team to support informed decision-making through high quality research, analysis and market insights. This role will play an important part in identifying opportunities and supporting the strategic direction of future developments.

We are looking for a property professional with a strong business mindset and experience in development acquisitions, feasibility analysis, and front-end project assessment. You're confident working with financial models, market research, and due diligence, and can translate complex data into clear, decision ready insights. Detail‑driven and proactive, you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage competing priorities with ease, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders. A collaborative approach, sound judgement, and genuine interest in property development will see you succeed in this role.

Core Responsibilities

• Translate market data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Support acquisition strategy through opportunity screening and feasibility analysis
• Define and coordinate inputs from consultants, valuers, and internal stakeholders
• Model sensitivities, scenarios, and risk impacts to support investment decision making
• Develop and maintain benchmarking for sales, rental pricing, and development metrics
• Create feasibility reports and models
• Support continuous improvement of feasibility tools, templates and market research/data frameworks
• Produce Business Care Reports for Investment Committee approval

About You

• Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Property Development or Finance
• Experience in front end property development acquisitions and feasibility analysis
• Strong knowledge of market trends, development processes, and regulatory frameworks
• Strong property acquisition and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance in property development
• Demonstrated financial analysis and budget management capability
